"Look identical to Pampers Baby Dry but cheaper" 2006-05-17

I bought a bag of Luvs which now have Blues Clues on them and a bag of Pampers Baby Dry and amazingly enough they look identical. Although this isn't that surprising since they are made by the same people but I thought there'd be some difference beside the design on them. Well I haven't tried a lot yet but what I have tried hasn't leaked. We'll see how they do in the long run. Just be aware that this is not the best price you can get.

Haven't noticed an improvement in leak protection versus other brands. They seem about the same really. What I did notice is that these diapers are not as soft on the legs as Pampers or Huggies Supreme (by far the softest, but also most expensive). If you don't normally have a lot of problems with leaks I'd say Luvs will work fine for you.

If you like diapers that leak, then you will love Luvs! These diapers absorb wetness, but every time my daughter had a dirty diaper, she'd leak and I would have to change her clothes! I only let that happen a few times and then switched to Pampers instead, which is worth the money and time saved changing her clothes every morning!

I was buying diapers through Amazon when they were cheaper and having them shipped to my grandsons. Since the price went up, I havent done this. It isnt worth it and could be bought cheaper elsewhere. If you want to sell them, the prices have to come down.

It is not good for big babies. I saw the review before I purchased, but could not resist to the low price on Amazon ($7.45). However, it leaks every day, almost every diaper! My daughter is big, 22lb at 4 months. Don't buy this if your baby is big.

I have spoken to several people who had the same problem. The tabs just rip off WAAY to easily! WIth a squirmy little one, it is so frustrating to have wind up with the tab in one hand and the baby in the other! Until they get this problem fixed, I will stick to Pampers!

We are eventually going with cloth diapers for our twins. But I needed a c-section and decided that disposables would be easier on all of us while I was recovering from surgery. I admire what Seventh Generation stands for and, although they are still going to end up in a land fill, I liked the chemical free disposable diapers. I so much wanted to love these diapers. Unfortunately, they sucked! The newborn size was waaaaay too big for our two 7 pound girls. The diapers sagged and leaked horribly and didn't have an adequate space for the umbillical stump. By the time they will fit the girls will be big enough for the cloth. I very disappointed and hope that Seventh Generation can remedy this problem so others can enjoy a chemical free alternative.

"Good for heavy leakers" 2009-11-20

I tried both the Johnson's and Lansinoh disposable pads, and I definitely prefer the Lansinoh. Here is why:

- the Johnson's are smaller, but thicker. I have large breasts, and they just about cover my areolae. When they shift (and they do, I tend to toss and turn at night), they'll easily slide off the nipple. Result: soaked bed. The sticky part isn't very sticky. Neither is Lansinoh's, but at least they're big enough so that the nipple is still covered, even if they do slide.

-The Johnson's don't wick away the moisture very well. I've leaked through them at night, but part of the edge was still dry. I've only leaked through the Lansinoh's when the pad was completely saturated, and they may look thinner, but they can take up a lot more than the Johnson's can.

-With the Johnson's, the side that is not supposed to stick sometimes sticks to my nipple! This happens during the day, when I'm not leaking. Annoying, especially if your nipples are already sensitive and recovering from cracks.

If you are a heavy leaker, these are the pads for you.

I've tried several different brands of nursing pads and these were by far the best. I like that they're thin but still super absorbent. They also cover a larger area than the others, so if they slide a little, you're still covered. The other brands would leak through and I'd have to change them often. I leave these ones in all day with no problem! They're a little more expensive than the other brands, but it is so worth it. This is one product that is worth paying a little more for.

After trying this product for one day, I realize that the baby definitely likes it more than the other ones. It's not much about the liners themselves but rather the shape of the nipple that came with the original box. Not having to wash the liners is great but I am going to stop using this because it's disposable. I would rather handwash the bottle than resorting to the convenience of the liners. Imagine all the plastic liners that you will have accumulated by the time your baby is 2!!! It's a waste.

I love the concept of the disposal liners - no more bottles to clean! However, as one user mentioned, the measurements on the liners do not match the measurements on the bottles. When I measure out 6oz in a measuring cup and then pour into a liner, the reading on the bottle varied as much as 1oz! (the bottle read 7oz when there was only 6oz of water in it). I always use a measuring cup to make my baby's formula.

Since these are used for only minutes and then tossed away , and never heated

to a dangerous level, the baby is safe and colic etc . is reduced. Only glass bottles are safer but they do not reduce colic..so I choose these

I like the fact that when i make a bottle I'm sure it is clean. These liners make going out of the house a lot easier. No need to worry about cleaning the bottles. i just take extra liners and nipples in my bag.

Having been disappointed with many name brand and generic diapers for various reasons (poor fit for my toddler, breaking open and leaving granules on her bottom, leaks, etc), I tried Fitti. They were perfect. They do leak upon occasion, but so do every other diaper I ever tried - sometimes, the baby's wiggles and the dispensation of liquid just coincide to make a leak. It happens. I like the tabs, and the height of the waistband is reasonable (I laughed when I saw one brand on my daughter, the waistband went up to her chest!). The wet-dry indicator balloons are a hit with my toddler, too.

My favorite diaper, and so I buy them over and over. Blessings to all!

I am sad to share that this product is not one I or my wife can recommend. After giving the diapers a full test run with our 18 month old triplets, we can honestly say these are the worst diapers we have ever used. They leaked at every opportunity...day use, evening use & even with frequent changing! We are happy to report that Amazon is a wonderful company that stood behind their products, so we are still a very happy Amazon customers. As we suggested to Amazon, Fitti Diapers are not a product we would want our company to carry. Purchase with caution if you have a thing against diapers that leak.

These are good diapers. I am disgusted how people complain about them leaking horribly - you are supposed to change your childs diaper when it is soiled, not leave them sit in it until it leaks, which I assume must be what people are doing if they complain about leakage. I don't have a problem using these with my kids, even overnight, so for someone to be having problems with leakage, they must be letting their kids sit in their dirty diaper for a LONG time.

I was really doubtful to try these diapers because of all the bad reviews. I usually use pampers but they are really exspensive so I decided to try a box of Luvs! They come from the same company. Well, it's been a week that my twins have been using these diapers and I haven't come across a leak yet. So far so good. I guess every baby is different. My twins can't use Huggies. For them it leaks! You just have to try different diapers until you find the best one for your baby. I find Luvs to be great on my babies. They are also such a good price.

This is the second time I'm trying Luvs, and I'm annoyed with myself for even giving them a second chance. The first time I tried Luvs (size 1-2), they leaked HORRIBLY nearly every time my daughter wore them. I contacted customer service and they were snotty and definitely not customer-oriented. However, after many emails on my part they did send me a coupon for free Luvs (my first thought: Just what I need - more diapers that I hate!). After thinking it over, though, I figured I'd try Luvs again in the larger size (I thought maybe my daughter was too close to the weight limit of the 1-2s for them to work at their best).

What a mistake! The very first size 3 diaper I tried leaked HORRIBLY at the waist (the same place where the 1-2 diapers leaked) and poop got all over the place...EXACTLY what happened with the last batch of Luvs. This is clearly not an issue with my daughter (who uses Pampers and Huggies with no problem) nor is it an issue with a single batch of diapers that somehow had a defect. If I could give Luvs zero stars, I would. NEVER, NEVER BUY LUVS!!!

Well I am SO disappointed that Luvs has just changed their diapers (and definitely NOT for the better)!! They not only seem to be a little thinner, but they absolutely STINK! They now have this overbearing strong perfume odor that smells like my grandmother's perfume. Not only that, but I believe my baby is allergic to the scent. She has broken out all over her bottom after wearing these "new" Luvs for about 2-3 days now. We buy the 92 count boxes and unfortunately are out a lot of money now because since I can't stand the sickening perfume stench I will be putting them out for the trash and switching back to Pampers Cruisers. What a shame. I switched to Luvs and really USED TO like the old ones, but we are going back to our old brand. By the way, I thought it was my imagination until I Googled this issue and found an interesting message thread on BabyCenter [...] Apparently a lot of people do not like the stench. YUK! WHAT was wrong with the old ones??? "If it's not broke, don't fix it!"

I can't even begin to count the number of times I have been nursing my baby in the middle of the night and he has wet through his Pampers Dry diaper and it has gone all over me!!! These diapers are horrendous!!!! The only reason I used them last night was because I ran out of Huggies Overnites. I will never use them again!!!! I have been up since 4:15 because after I had to change my son's diaper and my clothes - he is now wide awake!!! Come up with a better night time diaper, Pampers!!! I'm going to the store to buy more Huggies as soon as my husband wakes up!!!!

I Love pampers. Baby dry does flex well and Keeps our baby's skin dry at night or on outings. I use Cruisers during the day. The other H brand always gives our baby a rash and store brands seem huge in size and scratchy. Some people say that the poop goes up the back I too notice this when it is nearing the time to move up to the next size.

I'd have to say exactly the same where my now 1 yr old twins are concerned. We started with Pampers Swaddlers and moved on to Baby Dry. We also tried Huggies and Seventh Generation. Nothing worked as well as the pampers. With one exception: we also found that Huggies Overnights, size 4 (which we started using when they were barely in size 3's so they wouldn't need a diaper change through the night) worked exceptionally well. The Huggies Overnights seem to hold more liquid than anything else.

I have had no problems with leaks with these diapers. My daughter is a heavy overnight wetter and these diapers keep all the liquid contained. I have not had good luck with other diapers in this size.
